Allow me to introduce my first novella. I wrote this story for a class I took at Savvy Authors. The goal was to pick an open submission for an anthology and write specifically for that call.
So I did, and this was the product of that hard work. When I submitted it, I got scared when I didn’t hear a response for three months! I chewed my nails down to the quick. After a quick inquiry to the publisher, they found it loitering in the junk folder. *shakes fist at internet*
Needless to say, they snatched the story up. But It was too late to add it to the anthology. So they offered me the best deal ever. A stand alone publication. Hell yeah, I’ll take that.
I just wanted to thank the fellow writers on this page. Without them, this story wouldn’t be what it is. And thank you to Louisa Bacio, who taught the awesome class that pushed me to write Blood, Sweat, and Gears.
If you like hot rods and even hotter men, then shift your butt into gear and check it out! Releasing soon.
Wahoo-hoo! Many congrats, and I can’t wait until it’s out! You’re also welcome to visit my blog *anytime* ((hug)) and much success.
Thanks Louisa! 🙂
