Letters: Who are we writing to?

Letter writing is an art. In some ways, it’s the most personal form of writing in existence — at least that’s what I’d argue. The following post is about the power of finding someone who can answer your written voice.

Do you have someone to write to?

  1. Hi Michelle – my sister and I have recently started writing to each other (Maryland to Texas). We talk and text all the time, but it’s still thrilling to get an envelope in the mail, addressed to me!

    • Thank you for sharing. I’m so happy to read that you have this type of correspondence! There’s nothing quite like the anticipation of receiving a letter in the mail with words you know are meant just for you. 🙂

  2. I agree. I also try to drop people notes — thanking them on a job well done, letting them know I’m thinking of them through difficult times. It’s weird b/c we’re connected across the globe more than ever in some ways, but also so disconnected in others. 🙂
