I’ve recently adopted this mentality in my writing – and two amazing things have occurred. First, my writing becomes more believable. Second, it becomes much easier when you just spill words as you would hear them spoken on a street corner. Sage advice, indeed, thanks for sharing Robyn 🙂
I have found it to be invaluable when writing non-fiction as well. I just pretend I’m telling a friend what I know and the flow is tons better. 🙂
